They give us impossible things to do while we are already trying to get done with our daily work, without giving us help or more hours to do it and then get upset and threaten repercussions when we cannot complete the tasks they already knew were not going to get completed. Management is also an issue at the stores. When hours get lowered, we don't make as much money as we should, and it isn't fair that the shoplifters get to make more money than we do because Safeway won't do anything to help us. When the sales numbers get lowered, so do hours.
